CLIENT AND BUSINESS GOALS

Sanelo is a relocation company, and the client wants to create a marketplace for service vendors and clients who are looking for relocation services.

Customers will search vendors by location when and where they are relocating and what type of services they are looking for. Accordingly, customers can either book vendors from the marketplace via a referral link or request for a quote.

The overarching goal of the project is to design, create, and maintain a sustainable web-based platform to connect clients who are looking for relocation, either locally or internationally, with different service vendors.

OUR SOLUTION

The solution we developed is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform based on Sharetribe that consists of multiple modules. This helps the clients to manage and automate the most common and important tasks that exist in the marketplace, starting from managing users (providers and customers) funds, contacts, leads, and opportunities to reporting or analytics. We have also worked on another solution that offers a promotional offers listings for specific bank cardholders these includes moving and personal moving assistance. The marketplace can run interactively in a web browser. Sanelo was also designed as a powerful driver of entrepreneurship, autonomy, and independence.
